OUR WHY

Home and work life for families has changed enormously since March 2020 and the beginning of Covid-19 and data indicates that stress levels are high and many parents, caregiver, educators and children are struggling with anxiety and sub-optimal mental and physical health.

Everyone can reap the benefits of developing awareness, greater understanding and learning a range of practical tools to help themselves and their families. Evidence indicates that a proactive and preventative approach has the greatest impact on family wellbeing, employee experience and business outcomes.

We share evidence-based knowledge and strategies from neuroscience and psychology helping people develop the skill set to manage modern family life with confidence.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

LUCY

I didn’t know what to expect coming along to my first session with Mosaic Partnership and was apprehensive but thought any strategies that might help me have some calm and understanding to help with daily parenting challenges with teenage children was worth it.

What a friendly and open bunch of people I met, interesting facts on thoughts and beliefs and a fabulous opportunity to discuss how to look at family life from a different perspective.

I look forward to the next session. Thank

you again

The session was amazing and extremely helpful.  Even though my kids are not in their teens yet, this has helped me in so many ways!  With mine and the children's past, we suffered from years of domestic abuse,  this has changed my mind set and emotional wellbeing in such a positive way.   By helping me realised that other parents have and do similar things as myself with their children and so putting me at ease that I am not the worlds most terrible parent haha.  Understanding more of how children see things and understand how they learn from situations and reactions.  Shown me new and better ways to support and deal with situations in a much better way for the children to learn from.  And learning from other parents how they deal with situations, whilst having support from the group at the sessions.

RUTH

I felt the session was very supportive to parents, offering practical and visual information which enabled me to better understand both myself and my teenage children.

I feel that this organisation is very much needed especially following the Covid pandemic and the after effects to us all but especially our children. It was uplifting to meet the lovely hosts and other honest parents.
